FREE EVERYDAY LIONS BLUFF 2 BOAT RAMP GROUP TRAINING

Starting on January 7th, 2026, Everyday Lions Running Coaching will be holding a 10 week FREE in person group training session every Wednesday night at 6:00 p.m. right up until event day.

These sessions will be coached by 2 x state marathon champion and sub-15-minute 5 km runner, Brian Lyons

How do I join?

When registering for our event, select the group training/ registration option for either 5 or 10 km.

How long do the sessions go for?

1 hour

I am only just starting my running journey, are these sessions suitable for me?

Yes, our sessions are very inclusive, we do out and back or smaller interval sessions and it doesn’t matter if you are running/ walking during the session.

Where do you train?

The sessions are run in all different locations in Devonport.

What time do you train?

6:00 p.m.
